A$70,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr

n Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales Cadet to join our team in our Ormeau office. This is the perfect entry point for someone looking to launch their career in sales within a supportive and high-energy environment.
n Requirements

n

n
- Kick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospects
n
- Connect with prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn and cold calling
n
- Work closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycle
n
- Develop relationships with prospects and identify their challenges through effective questioning
n
- Collaborate with a wide range of departments
n

What we're looking for:nn
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales or the supply chain industry
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone and in person
n
- An analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, interpret data, and identify trends
n
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player
n
- Self-motivated,



with a natural drive to achieve goals and celebrate success
n
- Previous customer service, retail, or phone-based experience (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Resilience, positivity, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
