Initial Hygiene is looking for an enthusiastic, natural-born problem solver with a great attitude to join our team as a Hygiene Installer on a full-time, permanent basis.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Product Maintenance & Installation: Perform installations, repairs, and removals of our products within customer washrooms. This includes First Aid servicing, steam treatments, hardware setups, and item replacements for example
n
- Route Management: Work efficiently to a planned schedule within your assigned zone.
n
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, liaising effectively with both internal stakeholders and external contacts.
n
- Quality & Improvement: Stay aware of client needs on-site and spot opportunities to improve service standards.
n
- Mainly covering the Northern Suburbs and all the way out to Bendigo, Seymour area
n

What We Need From You

n

- We take care of all the training, but you will need:
n
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
n




- Current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)
n
- Confidence using mobile phone apps and tablets for daily scheduling and service logging
n
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
n
- Willingness to complete pre-employment checks, including a medical assessment, references, and a police check
n
