An established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to join their Melbourne team.

This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to take ownership of a growing electrical division, work across major healthcare and data centre projects, and play a pivotal role in winning work and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects
n
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
n
- Contribute to business development and winning new projects
n
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
n
- Oversee project performance including program, quality, and financials
n

About You

n

n
- 10+ years' experience in electrical building services design
n
- Proven project experience within healthcare or data centres
n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
n




- Demonstrated ability to win work or contribute to business development
n
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
n
- Solid understanding of Australian standards and local market
n
- Full working rights in Australia
