The Prospect

We are seeking highly experienced, organised, motivated and client focused Site Manager to join us for our projects in the Eastern Suburbs (Malvern & Brighton) for our emerging SOHO BUILT Construction Team.

The Role

n

n
- Successfully deliver quality residential projects for our Clients and developer partners
n
- Projects requirements are predominately medium density residential
n
- Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
n
- Ensuring OH&S; obligations are met weekly
n
- Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
n
- Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service to our development partners
n
- Monitoring and controlling ETS budget
n

About You

n

n
- Significant experience in site management in projects or medium density settings
n




- Strong Ability to manage the Building Process from start to finish
n
- You are willing to be a team player
n
- Motivated and driven
n
- A customer-focused person, with good communication skills capable of dealing with both retail customers and sophisticated developers alike
n
- A positive can-do attitude
