The Opportunity

We are seeking an NV1 or NV2 cleared Construction Security Assurance Officer to join our team on a major infrastructure project in Cobblebank. This is a site-based position working closely with the Project Security Officer, client and project team to support security assurance, compliance, documentation and operational integrity across the project.

You will play an important role in ensuring security requirements are maintained and that project activities are properly documented and reported.

This is a permanent full-time position — not casual employment.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of the project security team, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Project Security Officer and wider security team




- Conducting photographic recording of materials and project activities
- Uploading, managing and maintaining photographic records within project systems
- Reporting incidents, observations and security-related issues
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Attending daily project briefings and security meetings
- Working closely with the client, contractors and project team
- Supporting compliance with project security procedures and requirements
- Maintaining a professional and security-focused approach at all times

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current and active NV1 or NV2 security clearance – essential
- Australian Citizenship – essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A reliable, professional and proactive approach
- The ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A robust commitment to safety, security and confidentiality
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills

Construction or security experience is advantageous but not essential.
