About the Role- Fractional/Part Time ongoing, 28.12 Hours Per Fortnight

Mandatory Requirements Essential

- A Police Check that is current and within 12 months of the issue date
- Provision of valid Working with Children Check
- Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Seasonal influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions
- (Fetal Surveillance Education (FSEP): Level 3 full course, Basic Neonatal Resuscitation, Practical Obstetric Multi-Professional Training (PROMPT),)
- Eligible for full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist

- Fellowship of the relevant college, and/or overseas trained specialist pathways.
- A knowledge, understanding and commitment to the principles and practices of:
- risk management in accordance with BCH Risk Management framework;

- clinical governance; and safety,
- safe, quality customer service;
- workplace equity, and
- injury prevention,
- and a demonstrated ability to apply them in the workplace.

- Availability to participate in an on-call roster and to respond on site within a 20-minute timeframe.
- FSEP/OFSEP and Neonatal Resuscitation
- PROMPT/MSEP/MIST or equivalent
