About the role.. Are you a contact centre professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants a role that makes a difference? Our client, an industry leader in their field, is growing their team and looking for professionals who share their commitment to helping older Australians stay safe, supported and independent at home.

Please note: contact centre experience is essential to be considered for this role.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be the friendly, reliable voice connecting clients, families and service providers - coordinating care, solving problems, and making sure every client feels heard and supported.

- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (50–80/day) in a structured, fast-paced support environment
- Building trusted relationships with clients, families and providers
- Coordinating services, bookings and appointments for clients
- Liaising with service providers to organise support
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records in the CRM




- Monitoring service delivery and resolving enquiries with professionalism and care
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes

About You

- Recent contact centre experience is essential — this is a non-negotiable
- Experience in aged care, disability, NDIS or community services is highly desirable (but not required)
- A genuine customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confidence navigating CRM systems in a busy, multitasking environment
- High attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented mindset
