The company is a high-growth fintech and business services platform looking for an enthusiastic Content & Community Specialist to support their social media strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms. You'll help drive engagement and build community while learning from an experienced marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content and building relationships with audiences. You'll execute social campaigns, create content, and manage community conversations while developing your skills in social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and produce engaging short-form video and visual content using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage community engagement, respond to conversations, and help build audience relationships
- Support the development of content calendars and social campaigns across platforms
- Assist with analyzing performance data and identifying content trends
- Help manage multiple social channels and ensure consistent posting schedules
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaign execution
- Stay on top of social trends and platform updates
Hiring Criteria
- 1-3 years' experience in content creation, community management, or social media
- Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
- Ability to create engaging short-form video and visual content (proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or Adobe a plus)
- Solid copywriting and storytelling ability
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms
- Interest in data and willingness to learn analytics and optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wider team
