Randstad is currently working with an exciting client to find multiple Content Writers. This position is until 18 December 2026, with potential of extension. Although this role is based in Brisbane, they are open to remote candidates from anywhere in Australia.

Contract Duration: Immediate start through to 18 December 2026, with a potential extension to 30 June 2027

Pay Rate: $51.90 an hour + super

Location: Able to be fully remote from within Australia (alternatively can work on onsite in Brisbane, QLD)

We are seeking a self-directed, outcomes-driven Content Writer to design, review, and refine educational learning resources and assessment tools. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in training package compliance, work collaboratively within a supportive product team, and directly contribute to the success of vocational learners.

What You Will Do:

- Design, develop, and update assessment tools ensuring alignment with Training Package requirements, Principles of Assessment, and Rules of Evidence.
- Create assessment mapping and ancillary documents to support educational standards.
- Develop, review, and update learning resources that are educationally sound and reflect current industry practices.
- Modify existing resources based on feedback from Quality Assurance,



validation processes, and vocational specialists.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align project tasks with established objectives and milestones.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- Working knowledge of AQF guidelines, Standards for Training Packages, and Standards for RTOs 2015.
- Demonstrated ability to develop valid and reliable assessment tools and associated documentation.
- Proven track record of developing industry-accurate learning resources to support teaching and learning needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines, and function autonomously within a team setting.
