Our client is currently looking for a commercially minded Contract Administrator to strengthen its project team. The next stage for this commercial builder is growth; larger projects, new sectors and an increasing move into current-build construction.
This is a business with an established track record across commercial, retail, education, healthcare, laboratories and specialist fit-outs, delivering for recognised brands, developers and sophisticated clients.
The Projects Expect variety. From technically demanding healthcare and laboratory environments through to education, retail and commercial projects, you won't be tied to one sector or project type.
The team is currently delivering a circa $15M project in the Sydney CBD for a top-tier client, with further opportunities in the pipeline of this kind.
Your Role Paired with an experienced Project Manager, you'll have responsibility across:
You'll split your time between site and office, working directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the delivery team. What We're Looking For A strong CA who presents well and understands the commercial side of construction. You'll need commercial head contractor experience, strong financial capability and the confidence to deal directly with demanding clients.
A Construction Management or related degree is required, with Jobpac experience highly regarded.
The Longer-Term Opportunity They're not recruiting someone simply to fill a seat. The objective is to bring in a talented CA, give them 2–3 years of strong project exposure and mentoring, and develop them into a Project Manager.
You'll be joining while the business is expanding, with experienced leadership already in place and plenty of room for the next generation to move up.
Good projects. Serious clients. Clear progression!
