About the role

Reslec Electrical Contractors P/L is seeking talented Contracts Administration and Office Support professionals to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Emu Heights, NSW 2750, with multiple positions available. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key contracts and project administrative requirements, management of our integrated management system, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth operations across our organisation.

You will play a crucial part in supporting our business operations and contributing to our continued success in the electrical contracting industry.

What you'll be doing

- Managing and administering contracts and project administration requirements from initiation through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and properly filed
- Managing personnel compliance and vehicle and plant compliance via compliance portals and our integrated management system
- managing personnel training and scheduling
- Preparing, reviewing and processing contract documents, including terms, conditions and amendments
- Coordinating with internal teams and external parties to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery of obligations
- Maintaining comprehensive contract records and databases, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Providing general administrative support including job scheduling/ and at times personnel allocation, correspondence, data entry and filing
- Following up invoices, Processing outgoing invoices and creating purchase orders and other financial documentation
- Responding to enquiries from clients, contractors and internal staff in a professional manner
- Supporting project managers and senior staff with administrative tasks as required
- Identifying potential contract risks and escalating issues to management
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in contracts administration,



ideally within the construction, electrical or trades industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling important documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of contract law principles and compliance requirements
- Experience with contract management systems or relevant software is advantageous
- A skilled approach to client and stakeholder relations
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving issues
