Hunter & Barrel Parramatta are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cook to become part of our professional, vibrant and hard-working kitchen team.
Hunter & Barrel celebrates quality meat and produce, cooked expertly over our signature coal grill and rotisserie.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience working in a similar high volume, fast paced restaurant environment
- Experience cooking over a char-grill an advantage
- Ability to work hot and pan section within a kitchen
- Proven ability to adapt to a rapid paced environment ensuring high attention to detail
- Effective in time management
- The passion for hospitality and the production of high quality dishes
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays.
- A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification AND/OR at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experience
- At least 1 year of relevant employment experience
