About the Role: Be at the heart of one of the most significant milestones in a student's journey. As Coordinator, Graduations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable graduation experiences for thousands of students while ensuring the integrity of Deakin's award conferral processes. This is an opportunity to combine strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to make a meaningful impact on the student experience.

Working across the University, you'll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, lead complex processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile graduation ceremonies that celebrate achievement and shape lasting memories.

In this role:

- Lead the end-to-end coordination of graduation and award conferral processes, ensuring an exceptional experience for students and the successful delivery of high-profile University ceremonies.
- Build trusted partnerships and provide expert advice to stakeholders on graduation policies, standards and processes, fostering collaboration and service excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence by analysing information, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing initiatives that improve services, systems and outcomes.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Degree with substantial subsequent experience; or extensive experience management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or equivalent
- Experience delivering complex work
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience coordinating or leading work, including coordinating, planning and delivering public events
- Ability to operate independently
