About the role The Corporate Communications Adviser supports the delivery of the Fund’s public relations, communications and advocacy activities. This role will contribute to the creation and execution of strategic communications projects and initiatives to enhance the Fund’s reputation among internal and external stakeholders, the industry and the general public.

Working as part of the Corporate Affairs team, this role will plan and generate communications material and respond to issues of currency to Cbus members in order to support the unique Cbus brand and market position. This includes developing and executing public relations and communication strategies, producing audio-visual materials, preparing external, employee and stakeholder communications, supporting media monitoring, and contributing to other public affairs activities as required.

The successful person will have;

- Demonstrated experience planning and delivering strategic communications across a broad range of channels and formats, including written, digital, media, stakeholder and audio-visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,



with robust attention to detail and the ability to tailor content for different audiences and purposes.
- Familiarity with media monitoring, social media channels and communications tools, including creating LinkedIn content and campaign materials.
- Demonstrated capability in end-to-end audio-visual content production.
