Your role within the team

As Partnerships & Corporate Communications Manager, you’ll lead strategic partnerships and communications that strengthen our reputation, stakeholder relationships and business growth. Through corporate storytelling, executive profiling, thought leadership, crisis and issues management, and reputation-building programs, you’ll position the organisation as a trusted industry leader, ensure consistent messaging and identify opportunities to grow influence and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that enhance organisational reputation, brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

- Lead crisis communications, issues management frameworks and corporate response plans, and advise on media strategy.

- Identify, establish and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships and industry collaborations that support business and brand objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, media, community groups,



commercial partners and other key internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive proactive media engagement, manage media enquiries, and support issues and crisis communications to protect and enhance organisational reputation, working closely with the Swisse Marketing Director, ANZ.

- Develop high-quality communication materials, including media releases, thought leadership content, executive messaging, presentations and stakeholder updates. Deliver crisis communications training for executives, prepare key messages and ensure briefing kits are regularly updated.

- Lead the planning and execution of corporate communications campaigns, partnership activations, corporate events and industry engagements that drive awareness and engagement.

- Manage external agencies, consultants and partners, ensuring alignment, performance and delivery against agreed objectives.

- Monitor and report on communications performance, partnership outcomes, media coverage and ROI, using insights to recommend ongoing improvements.

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:

- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related discipline is desirable, but not essential.

- 8+ years' experience across corporate or B2B communications, public relations, partnerships, stakeholder engagement or related disciplines.





- Proven experience developing and executing strategic communications programs and integrated campaigns that drive reputation, awareness and business outcomes.

- Demonstrated end-to-end experience establishing, managing and delivering strategic partnerships, sponsorships and external stakeholder relationships that create measurable value.

- Strong media and industry relations, reputation management, crisis and issues management, and corporate response framework experience.

- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with experience producing high-quality communications for diverse audiences.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organisational levels.

- Experience managing agencies, external partners, integrated activations and cross-functional projects.

- Strong project and budget management, reporting and analytical capabilities, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.

- High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
