Corporate Development / M&A; Director - Sydney

We are working exclusively with an established and growing alternative investment platform who is looking to appoint a Corporate Development / M&A; Director to join its entrepreneurial team. This is a broad role extending beyond transaction execution. You will lead M&A; and corporate transactions, originate recent investment opportunities and strategies. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company management on strategic initiatives across the platform. You will have the opportunity to develop your own ideas, build market relationships and take opportunities from initial thesis and screening through to execution and ongoing oversight.

The role will cover opportunities across real estate, digital infrastructure,



energy and other real asset backed sectors, providing exposure across a diversified alternatives platform rather than a single investment strategy.

We are looking for someone with 6–10 years experience across investment banking, private equity, investment management, corporate development or a related transactions environment. You will bring strong analytical skills, a track record of leading transactions, commercial judgement and demonstrated origination capability. Experience across real assets, real estate, digital infrastructure, energy or alternative investments will be highly regarded.
