Your new role

Reporting to the APAC CSR Lead and working closely with senior business and HR leaders, you will drive the development and delivery of the organisation's CSR strategy across Australia and Current Zealand.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategy, stakeholder engagement, program management and social impact measurement. You will work across multiple business functions while building partnerships with government, education, community and not-for-profit organisations to deliver initiatives that create genuine and measurable social outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the development and execution of the ANZ CSR strategy aligned with global objectives and local requirements.
- Building and managing strategic relationships with government agencies, academic institutions, community organisations and not-for-profit partners.
- Delivering end-to-end CSR programs including planning, budgeting, implementation, reporting and impact measurement.
- Creating employee and client engagement opportunities through volunteering and community initiatives.
- Driving innovation and introducing best-practice approaches across CSR programs.
- Facilitating capability-building and training initiatives to increase employee involvement in CSR activities.




- Monitoring program effectiveness and delivering transparent reporting on outcomes and social impact.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, governance frameworks and risk management requirements.
- Representing the organisation at industry forums, community events, speaking engagements and award submissions.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- 5-10 years' experience within Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG, sustainability, social impact, or closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering community or social impact programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience partnering across government, education, corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
- Proven project and program management capability, including budget management and evaluation.
- Experience measuring and reporting on program outcomes and social impact.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- A passion for creating positive community outcomes and driving meaningful organisational impact.
