As the Shop Manager, you will:
- Engage with customers, providing a high level of customer service.
- Writing quotes
- Negotiate with Assessors.
- Ordering parts
- Manage relationships with suppliers.
- Liaise with insurance companies
- Manage the staff on the shop floor to ensure the shop runs smoothly.
- Manage quality across all repairs.
