We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their Home Care team.

No experience or qualification is required.

n

We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in current residents.

What we are seeking:

- Willingness to learn and work.

- Ability to pass or present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain one.

- Working rights in Australia (to complete study or be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen).

- Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week).

- Good communication skills.
n
- Want to work and care for the elderly.
n
- Must be located within 5 kms of Brighton.

Shifts

n

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.

n

You choose your days and hours.

Services - Unskilled (not qualified)

n

n
- Bed making, room tidying up.
n
- Domestic Assistance.
n
- Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning.
n
- Bathroom cleaning/tidy up.
n
- Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff.
n
- Complete documentation.
n
- Follow policies and procedures.
n
- Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
