About the Role

This is a fantastic entry‐level opportunity to kick start your career in the community services sector. As a trainee, you'll learn from experienced professionals while working directly and indirectly supporting people with disabilities. You'll be part of a person‐centered team that values compassion, respect, and empowerment.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Assisting in the delivery of support coordination services for people with disabilities
n
- Supporting case management and care planning
n
- Helping individuals connect with local services and resources
n
- Gaining experience in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), including support coordination
n
- Building meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks
n
- Administrative tasks related to community service delivery
n
n
Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:
n
n
- A recent school leaver (no prior experience required – just the right attitude!)
n
- Enthusiastic about helping others and passionate about making a difference
n
- A strong communicator with a caring and respectful nature
n
- Willing to learn, reliable, and committed to completing a 12‐month traineeship
n
- Interested in working in a person‐centred and inclusive environment
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Ideally aged between 18-21 years.
n
- Has obtained their drivers license
n
n
