Recruitment Consultant - Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps

We're currently looking for a Support Analyst to deliver exceptional service and technical expertise for a suite of mission-critical software solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping customers get the most out of their technology.

You'll be part of a collaborative support team, handling technical issues across software, networks, and databases, while working directly with stakeholders to ensure systems run smoothly. Alongside day-to-day troubleshooting, you'll contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing, helping to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide technical support for software, network configurations, databases, and application environments.
n
- Triage, diagnose, and resolve production issues—ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
n
- Conduct code-level troubleshooting and ensure software consistency across all environments.
n
- Monitor and maintain system performance in a 24/7 operational environment.
n
- Test and validate new software releases prior to deployment.
n
- Maintain detailed system documentation and operating procedures.
n
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement fixes, patches, and enhancements.
n
- Proactively manage customer expectations, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds agreed standards.
n

What You'll need:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field.
n
- Robust experience in IT support,



with expertise in database server management (Oracle, SQL) and troubleshooting.
n
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and security practices.
n
- Ability to manage multiple technical issues with strong prioritisation skills.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
n
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft products.
n
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical approach.
n
