What does the job look like?

n

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join our high-performing team in Kemps Creek. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the afternoon shift operation within a large multi-user warehouse environment, ensuring safe, efficient and productive daily operations.

n

Leading a team of approximately 45-50 team members, supported by two Team Leaders, you will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining strong customer outcomes and fostering a positive safety culture. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Key areas:

- Lead daily warehouse operations to deliver safe, productive and productive outcomes.
n
- Drive team performance through coaching, development and effective people leadership.
n
- Manage employee performance, attendance and behavioural matters while maintaining team engagement.
n
- Promote a safety-first culture through observations, incident management and compliance activities.
n
- Coordinate labour and resources to achieve operational targets and customer expectations.
n
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
n

Are you the one?

We are seeking a hands-on leader who can demonstrate robust decision-making and people leadership within a fast-paced warehousing environment.



Your operational expertise and ability to engage, develop and motivate teams will be key to your success. You can demonstrate:

n

n
- Leadership experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
n
- Strong people management, coaching and communication skills.
n
- Experience managing operational performance and KPI outcomes.
n
- The ability to lead large teams in a high-volume warehouse environment.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Experience using WMS systems and intermediate Excel skills will be highly regarded.
n
