About the position

n

As a Portfolio Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our investment process—building sophisticated financial models, evaluating portfolio performance, and delivering insightful internal and investor reporting. You'll work closely with our Investment, Risk, Finance, Capital, and Operations teams to ensure informed, strategic decision-making across our growing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and enhance financial models to monitor fund performance and forecasting.
n
- Support regular reporting cycles (weekly dashboards, monthly and quarterly investor reports).
n
- Provide in-depth portfolio analysis including profitability, leverage, and capital allocations.
n
- Liaise with external fund administrators for capital calls and distributions.
n
- Contribute to investor presentations, fund performance meetings, and capital raising support.
n

What you'll bring to the role

n

n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, funds management, or a related field.
n
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
n
- A tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, economics, or similar; CFA/CA/CPA is a bonus.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
n
- Passion for real assets, private credit, or real estate investments is a plus.
n
