What We Offer
- Consistent full-time hours with overtime available
- 11-hour days | 6:30am – 5:30pm shifts
- $40.99/hr + Super + Meals + Travel + Penalties
- Ongoing project work with immediate starts available
- Work alongside experienced civil crews and supervisors

Your Day-to-Day Duties
- Operate Rollers, Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks, and Watercarts
- Assist with road construction, bulk earthworks, and civil infrastructure works
- Conduct pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
- Work closely with ground crews and other operators on site
- Maintain site safety standards and follow WHS procedures
- Support general site operations as required
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience operating Rollers, Moxy, or Watercarts on civil projects
- Civil road upgrade or subdivision experience highly regarded
- Relevant plant tickets / VOCs preferred
- White Card essential
- Reliable transport and current driver’s licence
- Robust commitment to safety and teamwork
