n

Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Sydney! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!
n We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.
n The Role

n

n
- Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across Greater Sydney and NSW;
n
- Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
n
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
n
- Prepare and draft factual reports.
n

About You:nn
- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E);
n
- Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
n
- Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
n
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
n
- Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
n
- If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
n
