About the Role

n

We are seeking passionate Casual Educators to support our Glenwood South centre. This is an excellent prospect for educators seeking flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact on children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

n

As a Casual Educator, you will:

n

n
- Support children's learning, development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging
n
- Provide high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment
n
- Promote and embed child-safe practices in everyday interactions
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture
n
- Support inclusive and engaging learning environments
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

Successful applicants will:

n

n
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Have previous experience working in an early childhood setting
n
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to child safety and the Child Safe Standards
n
- Have knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Maintain safe, respectful, and professional relationships with children
n
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
n
- Hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
n
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Be available to work across centre operating hours (7:00/7:30am to 6:00/6:30pm)
