Position Overview:

n

I am recruiting for a robust Project Engineer with a proven utilities background, preferably with a strong skillset in drainage for an immediate start on a project local to Brisbane.



This includes:

n

n
- Managing and monitoring the completion of the project to ensure programme, budget, quality, environmental and contractual obligations are achieved safely, taking prompt corrective action where required
n
- Reviewing design and construction plans, schedules, temporary works designs, method statements and job safety analysis
n
- Effectively assigning tasks to project team members to deliver the required outputs to agreed specifications
n
- Monitoring KPIs and productivity analysis against programme and budget as well as undertaking other administrative duties as required
n
- Mentoring Site and Graduate Engineers
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field.
n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil construction, preferably in utilities projects.
n
- Strong understanding of plant and machinery
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
n
- Experience in coordinating with local authorities and stakeholders for project approvals and permits.
n
