Responsibilities

- Be the parts detective: Identify vehicle details and source the perfect part using our extensive database and catalogue system.
n
- Keep the wheels turning: Manage the flow of parts, from receiving to dispatch, ensuring timely deliveries.
n
- Become a finance whiz: Prepare invoices and handle financial procedures for stock sales.
n
- Teamwork makes the dream work: Participate in stocktakes and maintain clear communication with both customers and internal departments.
n
- Return specialist:



Assist in managing the return process following company guidelines.

Qualifications

- Know your parts: Prior experience and knowledge in a parts interpreter role, especially within the truck and trailer industry.
n
- Retail know-how: Experience connecting with customers, understanding and delivering on their needs.
n
- Tech-savvy: Confident computer and literacy skills are essential.
n
- Safety first: Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
n
- Mechanically inclined: A handy knack for things mechanical is a bonus.
n
- Customer champion: Dedicated to building positive relationships and understanding customer needs.

- Team player: Collaborative and thrive in a agile environment.
