You will need to have at least 3 years experience in painting and coatings, be able to pass pre employment and random drug tests, have a drivers licence and a strong team work ethic.

n

Excellent hourly and penalty rates dependant on experience.

n

This role will include

n

n
- Setting up and protecting work areas and surfaces with drop sheets and by taping protective plastic
n
- Preparing surfaces by sanding and or grinding to ensure readiness to accept coating
n
- Preparing paint by drill mixing and mixing additives
n




- Make good of work areas by cleaning and disposing of materials as per company environmental policy
n
- Surface Preparation and sealing
n
- May involve some hardware installation
n

Skills Required

n

n
- Minimum 3 years painting experience
n
- Full Drivers Licence
n
- General Induction White Card
n
- Ability to work in a team and individually
n
- Ability to take constructive criticism to learn and develop
n
- Good verbal and written communication skills
n
- Ability to read plans and other scope of works
n
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, rostered weekends and travel where required.
