What you'll be doing

- Creating, updating, and managing ICT support documentation & knowledge bases
n
- Drafting plain-English customer communications (incident notices, updates, campaigns)
n
- Partnering with ICT experts & stakeholders to capture and share knowledge
n
- Reviewing feedback to continuously improve content and communication strategies
n
- Supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
n

What we're looking for

- Strong background in communications, marketing, or technical writing (in that order!)
n
- Experience translating complex ideas into straightforward, customer-friendly content
n
- Exposure to ICT, knowledge management,



or IT service delivery environments
n
- A collaborator who builds relationships and thrives in team-focused settings
n

n

You'll own the day-to-day knowledge content work, helping streamline communication and free up our clients ICT teams to focus on larger, complex initiatives. It's a role where your writing, creativity, and problem-solving will directly improve customer outcomes.
