The role
n
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Lawyer (7-12+ PAE) to join our Employment and Workplace Advisory team in our Adelaide CBD office. Working alongside senior practitioners, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial matters, build strong client relationships, play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and support the growth of the practice. You will advise clients across a broad range of workplace relations matters which includes, but is not limited to:

- advising employer clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, enterprise bargaining, general protections, award compliance and workers compensation;
n
- appearing in the Fair Work Commission, South Australia Employment Tribunal and other courts;
n
- working across a varied mix of matters, primarily employment and workers compensation law, with exposure to contractual disputes and other commercial litigation; and
n
- drafting advice,
preparing pleadings and correspondence, and managing your own files with autonomy.

Qualifications
n
n
- experience in employment law, litigation or workers compensation;
n
- strong drafting, research and analytical skills;
n
- confidence building relationships with clients and stakeholders;
n
- a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving;
n
- a proactive, client‐focused and solutions‐driven approach;
n
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills; and
n
- experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers will be highly regarded.
