Job Description
- Provide after sales technical support on solar & battery products.
- Responding to inbound calls & emails and offering the appropriate solution.
- Assist customer with WO warranty replacement/installation arrangements
- Providing onsite installation instructions.
Experiences & Requirements
- Prior experiences in solar panel/battery systems/invertor (mandatory)
- Relevant engineering degree.
- Full work rights in Australia
