Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the cinema on shift, ensuring smooth, safe and seamless operations for our customers.
- Lead, supervise and support team members across the location, including training and promptly addressing any performance, training or safety concerns.
- Manage day to day cash control,
including balancing safes and registers, and complete accurate end of shift and end of week reporting.
- Maintain a safe working workplace, upholding WHS procedures and appropriately actioning and reporting any incidents.
- Deliver an elevated level of customer service on every shift, responding to feedback and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Support the smooth delivery of campaigns, promotions and events in line with company timelines and standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence leading, coaching and developing a team.
- A customer first mindset, with strong attention to detail and high personal standards.
- Flexibility to work a rotational roster across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current First Aid Certificate and RSA (or willingness to obtain).
- Above average computer literacy, with confidence using rostering and reporting systems.
