About The Role

We are seeking a Chef de Partie with a strong background in grilling. You'll be responsible for managing the grill section, maintaining high food quality, and working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a memorable Italian dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the grill section during service.
n
- Ensure all dishes meet high standards.
n
- Support the team and mentor junior staff.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance.
n

- Proven experience in a CDP role.
n
- Passion for Italian cuisine and grilling techniques.
n
