About the Role

At Nando's, we're looking for energetic, customer‐centric individuals to join our front‐of‐house team. No prior experience is required – just a passion for people and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

n

- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
n
- Prepare and cook PERi‐PERi food items on the grill.
n
- Assist with food service, ensuring high‐quality standards and a safe cooking environment.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
n
- Support teammates, including helping new staff learn procedures.
n

Requirements

- Must be 16+ years old and legally authorised to work in Australia or New Zealand.
n

- Depending on location, 18+ staff may need RSA or similar alcohol‐service certification.
