Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? The Beaumaris Motor Yacht Squadron (BMYS) is seeking a passionate Qualified Chef to support the Head Chef in leading our kitchen and crafting exceptional dining experiences.

What You'll Do:

- Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and daily operations.
n
- Help guide the kitchen team during the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless service.
n
- Contribute to menu creation, including tailored options for club events.
n
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and uphold kitchen excellence.
n
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to train and mentor junior staff.
n

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified chef is required.
n
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
n




- A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
n
- Solid organisational skills and a calm demeanour under pressure.
n
- Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
n
- Food safety certifications are required at the time of application.
n
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
