Role Description The Curriculum Designer at E-DEN Cars is a part-time, remote role focused on creating educational materials related to electric mobility, charging infrastructure, and user experience. This role involves designing clear, learner-centered curricula for internal teams, partners, and end users, including training modules, guides, and e-learning content.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on industry best practices, structuring learning objectives, developing instructional materials, and writing content that is accessible to diverse audiences.

The Curriculum

Designer collaborates with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into engaging learning experiences and iteratively improves materials based on feedback and performance data. The role also includes aligning all curricula with company standards, brand voice, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Education to design structured, outcomes-based learning programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design and Research to create evidence-based, engaging learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess strong Writing skills to produce clear, concise, and accessible training materials.
- Experience with e-learning tools, learning management systems, or digital training formats is beneficial.
- Background in mobility, energy, sustainability, or a related technical field is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills to work effectively in a remote, part time environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
