ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll be the consistent, trusted point of contact for both individual students and our corporate clients, ensuring every interaction is seamless, accurate and genuinely helpful.
You’ll play an important role in delivering the level of service our team is known for. From first enquiry through to enrolment, invoicing and post-course reporting, you’ll help create an experience that feels organised, responsive and easy.
Our Administration Team takes real pride in the service we provide and the impact our training has on people’s lives. We’re now looking for a full-time team member to join us at our Head Office in Murarrie - someone who values professionalism, teamwork and doing the job properly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Student & Inbound Customer Support
You’ll be the first voice and first impression for many of our customers.
- Respond to inbound phone calls and emails enquiries
- Provide transparent, confident training advice across our course offerings
- Guide students through course selection and enrolment
- Process payments and issue enrolment confirmations
- Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation
- Create customer experiences that are effortless, efficient and enjoyable.
There is no cold calling in this role - your focus is service,
not sales pressure.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You’re someone who takes pride in doing things properly and in doing them well.
- A genuine team mindset. You collaborate naturally, communicate clearly and contribute positively to the energy of the group
- The ability to move confidently between tasks, priorities and conversations without losing attention to detail
- Strong digital confidence, with intermediate-level computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately and efficiently
- A proactive approach to learning. You adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and stay steady when priorities shift
- The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via written communication, creating trust from the first interaction
- High-level administrative capability, with strong organisation, accuracy and follow-through.
