Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound enquiries from retail stores and sales representatives.
- Respond to and resolve customer support tickets.
- Make outbound calls to consumers as required.
- Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of enquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and ticketing channels.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, customer care, retail support, or contact centre environments.




- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Experience working with CRM and ticketing platforms, with Zendesk experience highly regarded.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude.
