Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for two Customer Experience Consultants to join our Customer Experience team at our Brisbane Support Centre.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive customer experience. Working within a supportive team, you'll build robust customer relationships while helping customers with their enquiries across multiple channels.

These permanent part-time opportunities offer 20 to 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling across Monday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm . Whether you're looking for work-life balance, school-friendly hours, or flexibility around your commitments, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering outstanding customer support via phone, email, live chat and social media
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing timely, accurate solutions
- Processing orders, returns, payments and account updates
- Maintaining accurate records across customer systems
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in customer service,



retail or a contact centre workplace
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using multiple systems and digital platforms
- A positive, empathetic and customer-focused approach
