Role Description The Customer Onboarding Specialist at VAS Consultora - Soluciones en Gestión del Talento will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial sign-up to full adoption of services. This part-time, remote role involves coordinating onboarding timelines, conducting virtual walkthroughs and training sessions, and assisting clients in configuring their accounts and tools to meet their specific needs.

The specialist will track onboarding progress, identify potential obstacles, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Day-to-day responsibilities also include documenting processes, updating onboarding materials, capturing client feedback, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall onboarding journey.

Qualifications

- Robust client-facing abilities with excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Onboarding experience.




- Experience in Client Onboarding processes, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client needs, monitor onboarding metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for training sessions and client support.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment while managing multiple onboarding projects.
- Proficiency with online collaboration and CRM tools; experience with project management software is a plus.
- Background in customer success, account management, or consulting is preferred.
- Relevant education or training in business, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
