Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join the team and provide administration and customer service support across sales and service operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong customer relationships and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales and purchase orders, invoices and delivery updates
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries and make outbound service calls as required
- Coordinate transport and scheduling for outgoing orders
- Monitor overdue orders and update delivery due dates
- Prepare estimates and quotations in line with company pricing policies
- Liaise with warehouse and internal teams to manage stock availability and order accuracy
- Support the sales team with quotations, customer enquiries and general administration
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in administration, sales support and/or internal customer service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and administration
- Confident communication skills and effective time management
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience working with an ERP system is advantageous
- Familiarity with ProfitPlus would be highly regarded, however, training will be provided
What’s On Offer:
- Permanent, full-time position offering long-term stability
- 40-hour working week, with hours rostered between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm (2 hours of time off in lieu (TOIL) available each week)
- $65,000 – $70,000 + superannuation, depending on skills and experience
