About The Role

n





The Digital Learning Designer plays a key role in scaling Rosterfy's digital learning ecosystem, empowering customers, partners and internal teams to adopt the platform confidently and effectively.

n

Collaborating with the Product and Customer Excellence (CE) teams, you will create accurate, release-aligned learning content that minimises onboarding friction and improves customer adoption.

n

- High engagement: Strong learner engagement and completion rates across all learning programs.

- Stakeholder satisfaction: Positive feedback from learners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Customer Excellence team.

- Content excellence: Timely delivery of accurate, high-quality learning content and assets.

- Academy growth: Measurable contribution to the launch and evolution of the Rosterfy Academy.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Translate complex product functionality into intuitive, learner-friendly content by applying instructional and UX design best practices.
n
- Write and maintain accessible learning content for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment with the latest platform updates, UI changes and best-practice workflows.
n
- Create and maintain digital learning assets such as videos, screen walkthroughs, interactive modules, knowledge base articles, infographics and quizzes.
n
- Work with Customer Enablement leadership to ensure solid Learning Management System (LMS) governance and effective day‐to‐day operations including content versioning, enrolments, reporting and data hygiene.
n
- Collaborate cross‐functionally with Product, SMEs and Customer Excellence teams to develop accurate, feature‐aligned content that is continuously optimised based on learner feedback and engagement data.

- Conduct regular reviews to ensure content recency and consistency in tone, structure and instructional value.
n
- Contribute to building the long‐term Rosterfy Academy learning ecosystem, including certifications and structured learning pathways.
n
- Support competency development across internal roles through the creation of structured, reusable learning materials.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience in end‐to‐end instructional design and digital content development.
n
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging learning content.
n
- Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
n
- Experience administering LMS platforms and producing digital learning assets using tools such as Rise, Canva, Camtasia or equivalents.
n
- Comfortable working cross‐functionally and managing multiple projects in a fast‐paced SaaS environment.
n

Highly regarded

n

n
- Experience leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate content production, applying critical evaluation and adhering to organisation AI policy.
n
- Experience designing learning experiences for software or technical products.
n
- Exposure to Customer Success, Delivery or Support environments in SaaS.
n
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and microlearning strategies.
n
