Role details

- Base hourly pay rate: $29.71 (equivalent to a Sales Coordinator in the unit)
n
- Contract: Temporary 6 months, full-time, 76hrs/fortnight (any RCMP Hub location will be considered)
n
- Applications close Friday 6th June 2025.
n
- Hybrid working arrangements may be available once established in the role.
n
- The role requires flexible availability, hours ranging between 8:00am – 10:00pm (AEST), weekdays and alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday & Sunday).

About this work area

- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
n
- Sharing knowledge and supporting co-workers to handle and finalise the enquires within the RCMP to deliver a world class experience.
n
- Actively suggest improvements to enhance both the co-worker and customer experience to achieve business goals.
n
- Secure that all information within the area of expertise, both co-worker and customer facing, is relevant and up to date in all information sources.
n
- Be an active counterpart to stakeholders outside the RCMP, connected to the area of expertise, (e.g., Sales leader, Customer Fulfilment Responsible, Service Provider) to always keep the specialist knowledge up to date.

- Thrive in dynamic retail & customer support centre setting which allows you to understand the customers' needs and expectations.
n
- The ability to deep dive into an area and build specialist knowledge. In conjunction with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you can describe complex topics in a comprehensive way.
