My longest standing client is hiring for a BIM Coordinator; their fifth hire into the modelling team, and their first at this level. That's not a small thing.
You'll be walking into a tight-knit group that has built something impressive; a specialist hydraulic services team doing large, complex work for tier one and two clients. Think hospitals across Australia, high-profile multi-disciplinary builds, work with state government, commercial towers.
- As Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the hydraulic services, BIM workflow.
- Leading REVIT modelling and documentation to construction level.
- Managing clash detection and coordination with other disciplines and structure using NAVISWORKS.
- Running coordination sessions and drive clash resolution.
- Working closely with the design team and project leads to meet program and to achieve an integrated outcome
The company
Small by choice. They're a hydraulic services consultancy that has decided quality of work and quality of relationships matter more than headcount. The studio culture is real; respectful, focused, no ego.
Their client list is high profile and their repeat business rate is the kind of thing other firms notice.
Office-based work; the team is in together and that's a deliberate decision, not a default.
You
- You have5-15+ years in 3D modelling with a hydraulics (MEP) focus.
- High-level REVIT and NAVISWORKS capability;
- REVISTO experience helpful.
- You've been in coordination roles before
- You communicate clearly and you don't need to be managed.
- Beyond the technical: you're someone who respects the people around you and expects the same in return. That matters here.
What's in it for you?
A senior role in a team that values what you bring.
Work that makes your brain tick without living in a tier one, corporate entity.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience. And the rare chance to shape how a growing specialist team operates at its best.
Salary looks like: $115k - $150k p/a plus Super
