Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics space, is undergoing rapid growth and transformation. To support this journey, they're seeking an experienced Master Data Specialist to lead and maintain high-quality data standards across a dynamic and evolving business.

Based in Melbourne, this role offers the chance to work as part of a high-performing team, with a focus on data accuracy, governance, and integration—particularly within NetSuite and Business Central ERP environments.

About the Role

n

n
- Maintain and manage master data domains across ERP systems, including product, pricing, and inventory.
n
- Support business integration by aligning and consolidating data sets.
n
- Lead data quality, validation, and cleansing initiatives.
n
- Drive data governance by establishing standards, procedures, and lifecycle processes.
n
- Build and maintain reports and KPIs to track data completeness and performance.
n
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align data with business strategy.

About You

n

n
- Strong experience with ERP systems—NetSuite and Business Central preferred.
n
- Demonstrated expertise in data governance and data quality management.
n
- Proven track record in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and managing technical delivery.
n
- Experience in high-growth or fast-changing organisations.
n




- Industry background in FMCG, cosmetics, or healthcare is advantageous.
n
- Confident working in complex environments and aligning technical detail to business goals.
n
