About the role

We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join McGee Projects on a full-time basis. Based in Oak Flats NSW 2529, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled joiner to contribute to a range of cabinet-making projects. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality joinery work that meets our clients' specifications and our company's exacting standards. This position offers the chance to work with a team that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

- Recognised joinery qualification or equivalent experience in cabinet making
n
- Proven experience as a joiner in residential and/or commercial settings
n
- Minimum 3-4 years of joinery experience in residential and/or commercial settings
n
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery commonly used in joinery work
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
n
- Solid understanding of health and safety requirements in construction and workshop environments
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Reliability and a professional approach to work
n
- Physical capability to perform manual labour, including lifting when required
n
- Valid Australian work rights (all work visa types accepted)
n
- 10. Current driver's licence (desirable)
