Job Description

The Trustee for Variya Family Trust As a Retail Manager at Variya Investment Pty Ltd, trading as Pizza Hut Minto and Pizza Hut St Helens Park , you will be responsible for organising and managing the operations of both stores. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff performance, overseeing daily store operations, maintaining customer service standards, managing inventory and product mix, keeping accurate financial and stock records, and ensuring compliance across both locations.

The ideal candidate will have robust multi-site management experience, a results-focused approach, and the ability to develop and maintain high-performing teams.

Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Organise and manage the store’s daily operations, including inventory, sales, marketing and financial records.

Recruit, train, lead, and supervise staff to support productivity and professional conduct. Monitor stock levels, determine the appropriate product mix, and order merchandise to maintain sufficient inventory. Promote and market the store’s products and services to increase customer engagement and drive sales.

Ensure consistent high standards of customer service across both stores. Review sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements across all locations.





Ensure compliance to company policies, safety procedures, and applicable legal requirements. Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service. Prepare sales reports and assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.

Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and other store transactions. Evaluate store performance and introduce strategies for continuous improvement. Work closely with senior management to develop business strategies and improve profitability.

Qualification & experience

Qualifications, Experience & Skills required: Diploma or higher qualification in retail management, business, hospitality management or a related field. Minimum of one year of relevant experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, Fast Food Manager or in a similar management role. Multi-site retail or fast-food management experience will be highly regarded.

Strong leadership, rostering, staff-training and performance-management skills. Sound knowledge of stock control, cash handling, budgeting, food safety and workplace safety. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems and online ordering platforms.
