About the role

n

Reporting to the Application Support Manager, and based onsite at the corporate office in Silverwater, you will provide Second Level support for a diverse portfolio of business applications. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our corporate team, franchisees, and international customers can maximise and leverage these applications effectively.

n

This position requires flexibility and the ability to work extended hours as part of an on-call roster when necessary.

n

You will;

n

n
- Provide technical support on queries in franchisees locally, internationally and in the corporate offices.
n
- Register, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and requests using the Service Management systems through to resolution.
n
- Assist in the identification and diagnosis of underlying causes to recurring problems.
n
- Coordinate requests for application enhancements from the business and escalating them accordingly.
n
- Document and update Application Support procedures and instructions.
n

n

About you

n

You will bring experience from a similar IT based role, where you have consistently delivered exceptional customer service and demonstrated a passion for achieving excellent outcomes. You can quickly and effectively integrate into a quick-paced team, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

n

You will also have;

n

n
- Ability to work well under pressure in a diverse and dynamic environment, effectively prioritising multiple issues simultaneously.
n




- Experience operating in an IT Service Management system, preferably ServiceNow.
n
- Experience in supporting Business Management Solutions (ERP), preferably MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
n
- Ability to effectively learn and support software upgrades, as well as implement new applications.
n
- Experience in supporting retail systems, preferable POS system,
n
- Experience in supporting or operating a business reporting solution, preferably SAP.
n
- Able to follow best practices for Change Control.
n
