Our client is a well‐established commercial builder seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to deliver a range of fit‐out and refurbishment projects with a strong focus on education and university environments.
n
This role suits a Project Manager who is confident dealing directly with clients and stakeholders, and who enjoys working in live, operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- End‐to‐end delivery of fit‐out and refurbishment projects
n
- Managing programs, budgets, and subcontractors
n
- Coordinating consultants, suppliers, and site teams
n
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
n
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
n
n
About You
n
n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit‐out and refurbishment
n
- Education / university project experience highly desirable
n
- Strong client‐facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Commercially astute, organised, and hands‐on
n
n
